Since 2018 Sintecs has been located at the High Tech Systems Park in Hengelo. We are a fast-growing company and have been helping our customers design reliable, high-end, high-speed electronics for 20 years. In addition to solving problems in hardware that the customer has designed himself, we are also asked to take care of the entire design process. Because of the way in which a team of Sintec's specialists works with the customer, we are able to design complex electronics that do work.
Because we enjoy being challenged and getting new ideas, we asked Business Administration students to take a fresh look at our business model. Via the project "Multiply" we asked if a group of students would like to think along with us. Not only did we enjoy contributing to the education of students, but it was also important for us to learn about the latest developments in the field of business models.
In addition to a number of general recommendations, we have gained innovative insights into our earnings model through the collaboration with the students. For example, we will consider whether we can offer different service packages to our customers. It was a pleasant collaboration and the students understood the essence of our complex services in a short time.
Ultimately, this process resulted in an excellent report with a number of recommendations that we will actually implement. This is not only valuable for us, but it is also motivating for the students. They see that their ideas are actually being realized. A real win-win. For us because we gained new insights and for the students because they were able to put theory into practice in a new environment for them.
