The context scan takes stock of images about the value system of member organisations and about the alliance itself.

By filling in a questionnaire, a participant of a partnership gives his/her view on the value system of his/her organisation and there are also questions about the team or consultation in which the organisation participates.

The answers from different participants in a partnership create a context profile, which clarifies how the environment (context) can influence operational, tactical and strategic decision-making and the collaboration of a project, programme or chain partnership.
